The historic front elevation remains intact, maintaining its character from the street, while a new third level adds valuable space and frames views of the Golden Gate Bridge. Inside, the home has been reconfigured to improve flow and functionality. The kitchen was redesigned from a cramped, outdated layout into a bright and efficient central gathering space. Opening up the rear elevation brings natural light deep into the home and strengthens the connection to the outdoors.
The backyard was redesigned as an extension of the main living spaces, with direct access from the interior, a new deck, and a hot tub and creates a seamless indoor-outdoor experience suited to everyday family life and entertaining alike.
